Why VISCOMAT 70M Oil Transfer Pump ?
The Viscomat Vane is an oil and diesel transfer pump. It is available in 70 and 90 versions. The AC version is suitable for applications requiring high suction capacity to transfer fluids with medium-to-high viscosity.
The high density of oil requires greater strength during the transfer phase. Because of this, the Viscomat Vane system uses an AC self-priming vane pump. This pump ensures a constant flow rate and regularity for low-viscosity fluids, up to 500 cSt with a flow rate of up to 50 l/min.
Continuous operation ensures high suction capacity with pressure up to 6 bar. The asynchronous AC motor is self-ventilated and closed. It is available in different voltages and frequencies, both single-phase and three-phase, to adapt to any working condition.
The Viscomat Vane pump can regulate its operation with closed delivery. This is possible through the by-pass system integrated into the pump body.
