Why BEG 20 Electric Gear Oil Pump ?
WHAT IT IS: Series “G” gear electric pumps are developed for transfer all commonly used non-aggressive viscous liquids, whose viscosity at 35°C is contained between 1° Engler (intermittent service only to avoid overheating) and 7° Engler (e.g. SAE 30 engine oil or SAE 80 transmission oil, continuous service). Liquids must be neutral, clean, and without suspended bodies.
HOW IT WORKS: Gear electric pumps can draw liquid up to a maximum height difference of 2 meters without being charged. If there is a greater height difference, all you need to do is install a foot valve at the start of the suction pipe, fill the pump body and the inlet pipe. Before turning on the pump, make sure to connect the filter provided to the suction pipe. We recommend not running the pump without the hose holders and not running it without liquid inside for more than 10 seconds as there is a risk of damaging it. Gear pumps can only be used with the dispensing gun in conjunction with the safety valve code 985035. All models can operate continuously at a maximum pressure of 2 bar (0.2 MPa). Models powered by 230V are equipped with a switch to reverse the direction of engine rotation, which allows you to freely choose the pumping direction.
TRANSFERABLE LIQUIDS: The pump can be used to transfer any clean oil that is commonly used, but not chemically aggressive or abrasive. Some examples: vegetable oil, synthetic oil, hydraulic oil, mineral oil and industrial oils in general.
