Why VISCOMAT 70T Oil Transfer Pump ?
Viscomat Vane is an oil and diesel transfer pump, available in the Viscomat Vane 70 and Viscomat Vane 90 versions. The AC version is suitable for all applications requiring a transfer system with high suction capacity to handle medium-high viscosity fluids.
The higher density of oil compared to other liquids demands greater transfer power. For this reason, the Viscomat Vane system features an AC self-priming vane pump that maintains a constant flow rate, handling viscosities up to 500 cSt with flow rates up to 50 l/min.
The pump operates continuously with high suction capacity at pressures up to 6 bar. Its asynchronous AC motor is self-ventilated, enclosed, and available in both single-phase and three-phase configurations with various voltage and frequency options to adapt to any working condition.
Additionally, the Viscomat Vane pump includes an integrated bypass system in the pump body, enabling precise flow regulation during closed delivery operations.
